Chapter 258: Chapter 257: Deal with You, Little Demon (Part 1)

When Qu Chaozong was paying for the room, Zhang Xin looked at the hair on the back of his head, thick and black, standing short and stiff, just like him—everything he does follows his own principles and never bends.

Zhang Xin also has an extremely stubborn side to her personality, the kind that the harder someone pushes, the harder she too becomes. She had never met someone like Qu Chaozong before, who would set rules and establish principles for her, even in a relationship, outlining what could and couldn’t be done. Yet, she felt incredibly comforted, willingly letting him guide her like this.

As Zhang Xin spent more time with Qu Chaozong, it became more apparent to her that this man was practically tailor-made for her. Affirming to herself, Zhang Xin recognized that the man before her was Qu Chaozong, not like the frivolous men she’d messed around with in the past. This man was responsible and a good person, and following him meant there was no going back.

Just as Zhang Xin was deep in thought, building herself up mentally, Qu Chaozong finished booking the room and naturally turned around to hold her hand. At the moment her hand touched his warm and solid palm, Zhang Xin couldn’t think of anything else. She felt that as long as Qu Chaozong held her hand and didn’t let go, it would be worthwhile even if he led her to climb to the hotel rooftop and jump off together.

This thought appeared, and Zhang Xin reversed her grip, holding Qu Chaozong’s hand tightly, an action seemingly destined to last forever.

The room they booked was on the second floor, and Qu Chaozong led Zhang Xin directly up the stairs. A journey that normally took a minute now felt endlessly long.

Their intertwined fingers were sweaty, slick with moisture.

Unable to resist, Zhang Xin rubbed Qu Chaozong’s hand.

Qu Chaozong turned his head, raising one corner of his mouth in a mischievous smile, and asked, "Huh, can’t wait?"

Zhang Xin: "..."

Who can’t wait?

Zhang Xin glanced at Qu Chaozong’s awkward walking posture and gave him a haughty little look from the corner of her eye. Intentionally withdrawing her hand, she teasingly scratched his palm twice, her provocative intent obvious.

Qu Chaozong looked at Zhang Xin’s smug expression, suddenly bent down, and grabbed her around the waist, lifting her up.

"Ah!... You... Hey!"

Zhang Xin found herself lifted off the ground by Qu Chaozong, the world spinning, her waist abruptly caught on his strong and solid shoulder.

His hard bony shoulder firmly pressed against her stomach as Zhang Xin’s legs flailed. Qu Chaozong slapped her backside unceremoniously: "Stop kicking, or I’ll throw you down!"

"Ah!..." Zhang Xin incredulously exclaimed, "You hit me?"

Qu Chaozong apprehended her thrashing legs, using one hand to open the room with the card, kicking the door shut, carrying Zhang Xin, and promptly tossing her onto the bed, pressing down onto her.

Qu Chaozong bit Zhang Xin’s neck, lightly rubbing that small patch of skin with his teeth, muttering, "For playing coy!"

Zhang Xin suddenly felt her heart was about to leap out, all her blood rushing down to her lower abdomen. For nearly two years, she hadn’t been with anyone, feeling like she was nearly dried up.

Zhang Xin clung tightly to Qu Chaozong’s broad back, holding him deeply, attempting to nestle into his embrace securely, fit into his chest, settle into his heart never to leave, never to let go.

Zhang Xin had never been this proactive before. Every inch of her skin was crying out for the man on top of her. She lifted her head and seized his Adam’s apple, causing Qu Chaozong to groan, stimulated, trembling through his whole body. Then he felt a slight strain in his waist as Zhang Xin escaped from underneath him, nimbly flipping over and pressing Qu Chaozong beneath her.

Qu Chaozong was gasping heavily, looking at her filled with restraint and desire, spoke throatily, "What are you doing?"

Zhang Xin’s dark eyes stared directly at his face, saying nothing, towering over him, fixing her gaze.

Qu Chaozong gazed at Zhang Xin, feeling as though it was the first time they were this close, examining each other seriously.

Zhang Xin was exceptionally beautiful, and when she looked at someone, her thick eyelashes gently fluttered, seemingly stirring a breeze that carried through his pupils and seeped completely into his heart. His heart, originally pounding rapidly, suddenly accelerated again, fiercely urging the blood to boil throughout his body.

Zhang Xin suddenly lowered her head, briskly pulling up Qu Chaozong’s shirt, and bit down on the red mark on Qu Chaozong’s chest.

"Uh... Ouch! Damn!"

Qu Chaozong felt the pain and, just as he was about to press Zhang Xin down, she slid downward and took hold of Qu Xiaochao, immobilizing Qu Chaozong.

If there’s one thing men fear, it’s this move. Having his buddy grabbed by someone else brought an uncontrollable psychological pressure, immediately restricting his actions.

Zhang Xin sensitively perceived Qu Chaozong’s softening, and promptly joked, "I haven’t done it before, let’s practice on you."

As Zhang Xin lowered her head, an overwhelming warmth, like a piercing light, shone through her closed eyelids, causing Qu Chaozong to feel as if his blood would burst through his veins, surging out from his temple.

Reality diverged from imagination; Zhang Xin furrowed her brows slightly, thinking she was going crazy, pausing, somewhat at a loss.

Qu Chaozong’s little fish were planning to leap the dragon gate in droves, but the dragon gate suddenly trembled, unsure whether they should jump or not, caught in a dilemma, stuck with no avenue of retreat.

Propped up on his elbows, watching Zhang Xin’s head buried between his legs, Qu Chaozong softly moaned, "Do you know what you’re doing?"

Zhang Xin, her speech muffled, replied, "You’re the first; let me try."

Unable to hold back his laughter, Qu Chaozong liked it—at moments like these, a man’s pride could be completely ignored. He advised, "Use your lips to cover your teeth, and don’t bite me again, it hurts!"

Zhang Xin rolled her eyes theatrically, displeased, "I’m doing you a favor, so many demands? Maybe I won’t continue!"

Qu Chaozong arrogantly replied, "If not me, who else do you want to serve?"

Embarrassed, Zhang Xin’s face felt burning hot; she turned away and rasped threateningly, "Shut up! If you keep talking, I’ll bite you again!"

Never had Zhang Xin treated any man like this before; whoever dared ask her, she’d kick them out immediately, turning her back on them. But Zhang Xin wanted to do this for Qu Chaozong, not for anything else, but simply because she liked him, liked him too much, wanting to give him everything she had, everything she could, all the best to make him comfortable, make him happy.
