Around 6 P.M, Commoners' Borough, at 16 Black Street.
A single-storied house stood next to the Nobles' Borough wall and appeared closely attached to the Mid Wall.
It was the wall that separated Nobles' Borough from the rest.
Although the wall was only three meters tall, even fourth-tier warriors would find it hard to leap into the other side.
As dusk appeared, a red-masked human figure in a black cloak leaped towards the wall from the single-storied house's terrace and skillfully jumped towards another side while placing his hand on the wall top.
A second later, Abium smoothly landed on the other side of an unknown noble's compound and silently walked out. Unlike Commoners' Borough, Nobles' Borough had only one main street.
Multiple street lights illuminated the whole street, making the surrounding areas brighter.
Many guards patrolled the mansions and streets continuously and made it hard for Abium to even step on the street road.
He also saw a few Royal Guards standing at the end of the main street and constantly watching the surroundings like hawks. They constantly moved to and fro on the street and did their job perfectly.
'It seems it will be tougher to sneak in this street. Nah, I don't think these guys are that sincere.' Abium muttered under his breath and hid under a tree shadow.
He then waited for the first patrol to finish and soon noticed that the Royal Guards entered a particular mansion after two hours of acting. At that moment, he also noticed that the guards in other mansions loosened their vigilance and even started chatting.
'Wow, it isn't even 9. P.M yet, but these guys have already started to laze around.' Abium clicked his tongue as he stealthily walked out of the tree shadow and started searching for Baron Harry's mansion.
It didn't take long for him to find the location of Baron Harry's mansion. Once he arrived near Baron Harry's estate, he jumped inside the compound without alerting the guards and crept towards the Servants' Quarters building instead of the three-storied mansion building.
Before entering the Nobles' Borough, Abium cast the [Seer's Intuition] spell and got a positive result.
'Although there is danger in this mission, it's not a life threatening one.'
'Moreover, as long as I play safely, I can succeed in this mission.' Abium's lips curved upward.
He soon entered the Servants' Quarters and soon noticed that the whole building appeared empty.
'It seems all the servants are still in the main building.' He muttered inwardly and decided to wait.
After some time, a black-haired male servant walked into the Servants' Quarters, quietly walked in the gloomy corridor, and soon entered the bathroom to take a leak.
For the last few days, he worked non-stop like a slave in this mansion and got annoyed by the actions of Baron's Family members.
'They are truly from the remote village. They didn't even know how to behave with servants and sometimes even ordering me like a slave!'
'Why did they come here even before the Grand Nobles Gathering? We lived luxuriously a few days ago, but they ruined everything.' Well, he knew that they were the real owner of this mansion. But still, he couldn't help but grumble.
'That Head maid is also ordering me non-stop and pushing all her work on me.' He muttered to himself in dissatisfaction and walked into the toilet room.
As he stepped into the toilet, a hand grabbed his shoulder from behind and hit his nape.
'What-?' Before he could think, his vision turned dark.
Abium removed the black-haired servant's dress without wasting any time and wore it quietly. After that, he activated the 'Faceless Glass' mask and changed his face into the servant's face.
Then, he walked out of the bathroom and combed his hair.
After that, he silently walked out of the Servants' Quarters and moved toward the mansion building with an anxious face.
Although a few guards stood near the entrance, nobody suspected a thing and continued their guard duty.
Meanwhile, Abium calmed down the thumping heart and walked past them while showing some nervousness on his face.
"Hoo, your feet might get hurt if you walk faster! Walk slowly, Charles." A silvery voice came from his right side, causing him to frown. He quickly turned his gaze towards the right side and saw a 50-year-old lady with emerald hair standing at the entrance while holding a waiter plate in her hand.
He hesitated for a moment and soon nodded.
Meanwhile, she glared at him deadly and shouted in a sharp tone.
"You think I care about your damn legs? Fool! Go and give these juices to the guests. While I will go and get the other plate."
'F*ck. What's wrong with you, lady? You should at least give this servant some respect.' He cursed at her inwardly while grabbing the plate from her hand and entering the reception hall. Upon entering the reception hall, he saw multiple servants and maids pointing their fingers in his direction and appeared to be making fun of him, which made him more irritated.
'Well, the head maid didn't seem to notice a slight increase in my height.' Abium muttered to himself and soon realized he didn't know where to go!
"Why are you standing there like a fool? You are making mistakes after mistakes these days. Go to the second floor and give the juices to the kids in the left side corridor rooms. But don't you dare to go to the right side corridor and knock on Lord Randolph's room. He might kill you out of anger." Another shout came from his behind, causing his lips to twitch.
Without delay, he climbed the double stair and finally arrived on the second floor. Once Abium noticed that the head maid was not following him, he heaved a sigh of relief and activated the spiritual scan.
Simultaneously, he took out a paralysis potion from his spatial ring and poured a few drops into all those seven orange juice glasses.
'Before that annoying woman comes here, I have to move towards Randolph's room.' Abium smirked inwardly and soon observed the surroundings through the spiritual scan ability.
'Hmm? There are two presences coming from one of the rooms in the right side corridor. Randolph must be in that room.' He muttered inwardly and hurriedly went towards that direction.
Within a few seconds, he arrived in front of a wooden door and knocked on it twice.
"Enter!" A deep majestic voice came from inside.
Meanwhile, Abium opened the wooden door and peeked inside.
"What is it?" A 60-year-old man glanced at him and asked.
'He must be Randolph.' Abium guessed.
At that moment, Randolph sat on the chesterfield sofa and looked deeply at two mysterious papers.
He had black hair, silver eyes, and a deep scar on his right cheek. Randolph wore a black robe and gave off a noble aura. To his right was another old-looking man, sitting on the lawson sofa. He had gray hair, a wrinkled old face, emerald green eyes, and wore a gray robe.
'Is he the one who ordered Baron's father to kill my people?' Abium sharpened his gaze as he arrived in front of them and started answering with a polite smile.
"Head maid became worried about your health and sent me here to give these orange juices to you two, My Lords."
"Oh? I told her to not disturb us… Haa, she must have forgot it." Randolph shook his head and picked up the juice glace.
At that moment, the gray-robed old man also picked up a glass and started to drink without suspecting anything.
After taking two sips, he looked at the mysterious pages and spoke.
"Did you find anything?"
Shaking his head, Randolph gulped down the orange juice and soon frowned as if he sensed something odd.
Meanwhile, the gray-robed old man drank another sip and was about to say something but froze.
At that moment, he noticed that his whole body went paralyzed!
Both of them turned stiff and sat on the sofas like statues.
Randolph tried to open his mouth, but no words came out!
Half-finished glasses fell on the concrete floor a second later and made clang noises.
Meanwhile, Abium placed the juice plate on the table, turned around, and started walking towards the wooden oak door. After that, he locked the door and finally shifted his gaze towards the two old fogies.
Abium knew they couldn't move a muscle for the next thirty seconds and let out a cold sneer.
After that, Abium moved closer to the sofa and took a crossbow from his spatial ring.
He loaded it with a poison bolt and aimed at the gray-robed old man's shoulder.
Without even flinching, he curled his lips upward and pulled the trigger.
Swoosh!
In a flash, the poisonous metal bolt penetrated the gray-robed old man's right shoulder and released poison into his blood streams.
He didn't want that old man to die quickly, so he avoided hitting the fatal area.
After that, he loaded another poison-coated metal bolt, aimed at Randolph's shoulder, and pulled the trigger.
A moment later, the metallic arrow flew at an incredible speed and entered Randolph's left shoulder.
Meanwhile, the paralysis effect ended, giving both of them a second to breathe some air.
"Why?!" Randolph asked in a hateful tone as he glared at Abium. Although he could talk now, he couldn't move an inch of his muscle, making his expression worse.
