Capítulo 733: Chapter 733: Is Little Shushu Really That Scary?
Embassy of the Capital of S Country!
Diplomatic representatives from various countries gathered together to discuss viable plans for rescuing hostages.
At that moment, the telephone in the Embassy suddenly rang. After answering the call, the Joint Ambassador solemnly hung up the receiver and said, “The Ban Sai militants have given us their final ultimatum: if the ransom isn’t delivered to the Ban Sai base by nightfall, they will start killing one hostage every half hour, and insist that a female family representative of the hostages deliver the ransom.”
An ambassador said, “Then we should send the ransom first before anything else. Human lives are in jeopardy; those are insane, cold-hearted people. If we annoy them, they might indeed behead the hostages. They are truly capable of doing it.”
The Joint Ambassador hesitated for a moment then asked, “Have all the family members of the hostages arrived?”
“Some of them have, and are waiting outside for further instructions.”
“Let them in.”
“Yes.” An ambassador responded and turned to walk outside.
In the external hall of the Embassy, Song Xiaoxin and her group of friends, along with some other family members, were waiting for the Embassy’s rescue plans when they suddenly heard footsteps from outside. Looking up, they showed a look of complete surprise!
“How did she come back so soon?” A Lai looked panic-stricken at Song Xiaoxin. They had already sabotaged the car, planning to ditch Ye Shu in an isolated and uninhabited place where, even if she didn’t die, she would starve to near death.
Yet unexpectedly, Ye Shu appeared unharmed right in front of them. What on earth happened?
“How did you get in here? This is the Embassy, what right do you have to be here? Get out right now!” shouted Song Xiaoxin in anger.
Ye Shu didn’t speak but walked straight up to Song Xiaoxin and suddenly stared at her fiercely!
Feeling guilty, Song Xiaoxin was taken aback and stumbled backwards two steps. Had it not been for the so-called friends behind her, she might have fallen to the ground.
“What, what are you going to do!?” Song Xiaoxin panicked, thinking Ye Shu was about to get violent—after all, she had previously been harmed by Ye Shu, and her old shoulder wound seemed to still throb faintly.
“Thought I was as good as dead didn’t you? Song Xiaoxin, it’s always been you playing games, from now on, I’ll play along.”
Clearly, Ye Shu had officially declared war on Song Xiaoxin.
Because of Song Xiaoxin’s cruel heart, relenting again and again would only invite deadly disasters, and the incident with the fake bus medication was a perfect example.
Just then, an ambassador came out and said, “Who are the family members of the hostages, please come with me.”
The family members followed one by one inside, and Ye Shu also walked in.
Song Xiaoxin gave the ambassador a look, then glanced at Ye Shu.
The ambassador immediately stopped Ye Shu and said, “Miss, what are you here for? If you weren’t invited by us, please leave immediately!”
Ye Shu said, “I am the wife of one of the hostages, my name is Ye Shu.”
“She’s lying!” Song Xiaoxin immediately pointed at Ye Shu and said, “She’s not Sheng Shaochen’s wife; Sheng Shaochen has nothing to do with her!”
“Exactly!” A Lai chimed in, “You can ask her for proof; she definitely won’t be able to produce any!”
