"How could this happen!" Elder Lin glanced at Pei Jin, who was equally surprised and horrified, before quickly stepping forward to grasp Pei Yan’s wrist. As soon as he tried to input internal energy to check the situation inside Pei Yan’s body, a powerful force rebounded back.
After taking two steps back, Elder Lin showed an incredulous expression. Without waiting for others to react, Cen Xiaoran swiftly stepped forward and picked up the next Magic Realm fragment, prying open Pei Yan’s mouth and feeding it to him.
"Ugh...!" As soon as the fragment entered his mouth, Pei Yan’s previous pain was immediately alleviated. He felt a chilling flow pouring down from his mouth, and the intense burning sensation inside him receded like a tide, making Pei Yan unable to hold back a suggestive moan due to the comforting feeling.
However, this sense of comfort did not last long. Pei Yan’s body started to tremble uncontrollably like in a fever, and shortly afterward, a biting cold enveloped him as his mouth kept quivering, layers of frost rose on his skin.

Pei Jin didn’t bother figuring out what Cen Xiaoran meant and joined Elder Lin and others quickly to check Pei Yan’s condition. After observing closely, Elder Lin shook his head with a wry smile, "We worried ourselves to death but this kid’s just fallen asleep."
Therefore, the few dared not disturb his rest. Gu Shenghui ordered someone to bring bedding from the storeroom, lay him down gently, cover him, and have people stand guard observing quietly.
A day later, after such a toss, Pei Yan’s body unruly rolled off the mattress. Before Pei Jin and Zhao Yuanhu beside him could step up to support him, he had already stretched with a long lazy yawn, rubbing his sleepy eyes and sat up.

Gu Shenghui patted Pei Yan’s shoulder complimenting, then lowered his voice and whispered; "Isn’t it only reaching stage four, doesn’t the Original Essence Body you’re hosting bless you with benefits? Your sister is tight-lipped not revealing your situation!"
"A secret!" Pei Yan winked mischievously.
Gu Shenghui shook his head helplessly; he realized Pei Yan was no longer the little kid he could coax into spilling secrets. He shrugged and continued asking, "Then you can tell us about your stage four awakening abilities, right? So we can cater to your equipment upgrading needs!"
"Sure, I need retired armored vehicles, off-road, tanks, as much equipment as possible! Plus a large amount of high-quality steel, various materials, all are welcome! Can you provide them?" Pei Yan’s eyes gleamed looking around.
"Just these? If it’s only these, it’s not a problem! Off-road vehicles, steel, and materials are easy; retired tanks and armored vehicles require approval, I believe it can be arranged within two days." Engineer Li adjusted his glasses and interjected.
"Make it as he requested; I will file a report!" Cen Xiaoran finally decided firmly.
Four days later, at the new training ground, Wang Wenze and his teammates stood around the venue on security duty, glancing at the leaders on the podium and muttering softly, "Pei Yan progresses fast, I think with the attention from above, it’s no problem for him to become an independent captain soon!"
