Gu Qiangwei twisted her brows in discomfort as she climbed up from the edge of the toilet once again and stood up.
Pressing her hand against her chest, she tried to suppress the unpleasant feeling, but the nausea continued to circle in her chest, unable to go up or down, extremely uncomfortable.
Remembering that she felt much better after eating a spicy strip earlier, Gu Qiangwei decided to endure the nausea, turned around, and walked out of the cubicle, intending to retrieve the unfinished spicy strip from the car.

His voice sounded so urgent, and besides, what was he roaring about?
In her confusion, she hurried to the end of the corridor and around the corner, where she saw his tall and straight figure approaching.
Upon seeing him, Gu Qiangwei was about to speak, but then she caught sight of the frantic expression on his face.
What was wrong with him?
And the moment he saw her, Qin Sijue’s heart trembled with excitement. His face, unable to hide the worry, pulled her into his embrace, holding her tightly.
Feeling the warmth of his chest and the firm strength of his arms, Gu Qiangwei was dazed and her dark eyes wandered for a few seconds.
“What’s… wrong with you?”
She didn’t understand what had caused his sudden urgency, as everything was fine before. What had happened?
The next second, Qin Sijue released her, but his heart still pounded with the fright he had felt!
That moment he had just experienced felt like living in hell, his heart ablaze!
Letting go of her, his eyes were still bloodshot from frustration at not being able to find her, his tone unavoidably harsh, “Where did you go? Why didn’t you tell me!?”
Listening to his sudden rage, Gu Qiangwei froze, her facial expression stalled.
“What’s wrong with you…”
Why was he getting angry out of the blue?
Plus, she had just been feeling so unwell, and being pregnant, he was still inexplicably yelling at her.
