While Qi Fan was busy with arrangements, the Dragon clan and Phoenix clan were also bustling with activity. Both tribes were busy conquering the other races that had not yet submitted to them!
Seven days later, the three tribes had compiled lists of all the races that had not yet submitted.

After the Black Tortoise tribe submitted to the Dragon clan, all other tribes, seeing that the Black Tortoise tribe had yielded, voluntarily surrendered as well. The Dragon clan thus became the lords of the scaled creatures.
The Phoenix clan, after conquering the Roc, Eagle, Crane, and Sparrow tribes, similarly halted at the Vermilion Bird tribe. Yuan Feng personally subdued the Vermilion Bird tribe, and the Phoenix clan rightfully became the lords of the flying creatures.
At this point, the three tribes unified the hundred races of the Primordial World, and all beings in the Primordial World heeded their commands.
