"Chen Tian, over here! I found one," Sheng Tian's voice echoed. Chen Tian was stunned. "No way, this quickly? I remember these ones being quite well-hidden."
Chen Tian vanished from his spot and reappeared beside Sheng Tian. He looked into the sand and said with a hint of helplessness, "How did you find it?"

Bao Neng: "Tooth shape."
Chen Tian: "Now, everyone search for the missing parts of the mechanisms. Don't rush to place them in. The items should be hidden somewhere around here."

Information flashed across the interface, much like a chat. Time Epoch's design was quite good, with such communication methods, messages could be shared regardless of distance.
Chen Tian stood at the center while the other five spread out within a hundred-mile radius to search. An interface popped up.
Sheng Tian: "Chen Tian, I found it. Come here quickly."

Sheng Tian simply found the deep blue coral pretty and pulled it out, and he got lucky. Was this a joke?
Han Ying Tian Mie: "Chen Tian, help! Come quickly, everyone help!"
A message from Han Ying Tian Mie flashed across everyone's interface. Chen Tian's expression shifted slightly.

After sending a message to Sheng Tian, Chen Tian headed towards Han Ying Tian Mie.
When they arrived, Han Ying Tian Mie was fighting a marine creature.
"What are you doing? You're supposed to be looking for mechanism fragments, why did you provoke a boss?" Han Ying Lie Long exclaimed angrily. Han Ying Tian Mie replied ruefully, "It's not my fault! I just found the fragment, and then this boss swallowed me whole as food. Did you think I wanted this, big brother?"
"Hurry up and help kill it and get the fragment."
Han Ying Tian Mie looked at the creature before him – a nine-clawed octopus, entirely blue. Its tentacles were incredibly tough, sharp as swords, and attacked ferociously. Han Ying Tian Mie's long sword deflected the blows, preventing him from being killed instantly.
The three attacked in unison. Heavy cannons, light wheels, and dual guns appeared. Cannonballs were fired, and huge explosions echoed. The cannonballs struck the nine-clawed octopus, its red eyes flaring.
Jiu Feng's dual guns appeared above the nine-clawed octopus's head. "Beast, die!" he roared. Lightning flashed from the dual guns as they plunged into the octopus's head. The octopus roared, its aura instantly weakening.
Han Ying Tian Mie's long sword moved four to five times a second, its continuous sword light severing all of the octopus's tentacles. Countless light wheels spun, wrapping around it, cutting its body inch by inch, leaving numerous wounds.
The nine-clawed octopus's health dwindled. Boom, boom, boom, continuous cannonballs were fired. The three retreated together as a massive explosion reverberated.
When the dust settled, the nine-clawed octopus's body dissolved into starlight. An electronic voice sounded in the minds of the four. The boss was killed by them, and everyone received a reward. This was the benefit of forming a team in Time Epoch; one boss meant rewards for all.
Time Epoch's team mode was indeed popular, though experience was divided, leading to slower leveling. Most players in Time Epoch found it more profitable to kill bosses solo. Team play with divided experience was good for bringing in new players, but as levels increased, more experience was needed, and with it being divided, it was uncertain when one could level up.
Han Ying Lie Long put away his weapon. Han Ying Tian Mie held a waterdrop-shaped item – a mechanism fragment.
Han Ying Lie Long's fist descended.
"Dong!"
"Big brother, why did you hit me?"
"Look at the boss's level. You couldn't handle it alone. When will you improve? If you were three levels higher than the opponent, would you need teammates?"
"Uh!!!"
