Just then, a remarkably pleasant male voice echoed from above.
Three or four black helicopters had appeared in the sky. From one of them, a handsome youth with blue hair gazed down at the battling Groudon and Kyogre, his face flushing with greed.
"Indeed, these are the Primal Pokémon. Their terrifying power is enough to conquer a region, even the entire world."
Hearing this, the members of Team Magma and Team Aqua looked up.
They exclaimed in shock, "Daigo?! You're Daigo from Devon Corporation! What are you doing here?"
"I'm here, of course, to capture Groudon and Kyogre."
"Capture?!"
Hokage and Izumi couldn't believe their ears.
"Impossible!!! Absolutely impossible!!! Primal Pokémon are beyond human capture. If they were capturable, why would we be searching for the Blue and Red Orbs to control them?"
They spoke the truth. If capture were possible, why would they go through such trouble?
Daigo, too lazy for their nonsense, produced a Master Ball and tossed it towards Kyogre in the sea below.
Instantly, Kyogre was captured within the Master Ball.
Everyone who witnessed this scene was stunned. Especially Maxie and Archie. Although they were currently controlled by the Blue and Red Orbs, when Kyogre was restrained, Archie immediately regained his senses. He watched Kyogre vanish into the ball, utterly disbelieving.
Groudon blinked its large eyes in confusion.
Daigo, in the helicopter, was ecstatic. He hadn't imagined the Master Ball would actually be successfully developed. His subordinates were also overjoyed. Following this, Daigo took out another Master Ball and aimed it at the other Primal Pokémon, Groudon!
But before he could celebrate for long, the first Master Ball in his hand exploded. Kyogre reappeared!
"Damn it!" Daigo cursed.
Hokage and Izumi chuckled, "We knew it! How could Kyogre be captured so easily?"
Daigo, undeterred, threw another Master Ball.
This one held on for a little over ten seconds before exploding as well.
Daigo roared, "Bring me all the Master Balls you have!!!"
At this moment, another group of helicopters appeared. They separated from Daigo's group. Upon seeing them, Daigo was taken aback. "Silas, you're here too?!"
Indeed, it was Silas, the son of the president of Silph Co. Silas looked at Daigo and grinned, "We truly are rivals, aren't we! Thinking along the same lines! After researching the Master Ball, we both came to capture Groudon and Kyogre!"
Hearing this, the members of Team Magma and Team Aqua were stunned. So, they weren't the only ones targeting these Pokémon! These two corporate giants were after them too! Wait! "Ahahaha!!! Heaven aids me!!!" Silas laughed heartily. Daigo's expression was grim.
Silas intended to snatch Kyogre from Daigo. However, just then, Silas's Master Ball suddenly exploded, releasing Groudon.
"What!" Silas was unfazed and continued to throw Master Balls.

"Do you take us for fools?!" Maxie and Archie's tempers flared!
In their rage, Groudon and Kyogre stopped fighting each other and turned their attacks towards Silas and Daigo.
"Heh heh, two beasts, I was prepared!" Unlike Daigo, Silas was never a Pokémon trainer. In his eyes, Pokémon were merely tools. He clapped his hands repeatedly. Instantly, many Pokémon emerged from the sea, including a swarm of Gyarados and Seaking.
"Hydro Pump! Water Gun! Attack that Groudon!" Silas commanded. These were not his Pokémon; they belonged to Silph Co. He had gathered them to deal with Groudon. While Groudon was a Primal Pokémon, a legendary Pokémon with unparalleled power, Silas refused to believe it was unbeatable. He figured with several times its number of Pokémon, he could surely defeat it. After all, how else did Team Magma and Team Aqua capture them?
Attacked, Groudon became enraged and retaliated.
What Silas could conceive, Daigo could too. He clapped his hands, and many Pokémon flew down from the sky, including Crobat, Pelipper, Skarmory, and Murkrow. These Pokémon focused their attacks on Kyogre.
Kyogre, like Groudon, was provoked. It began to battle these Pokémon. Silas and Daigo seized this opportunity to capture them.
Divine beasts are divine beasts, after all. Despite being surrounded by so many Pokémon, they didn't falter. However, as time wore on, things began to change. They started to sustain injuries, and negative status effects accumulated. With time, their bodies grew tired, and their wounds worsened. This was the moment Silas and Daigo had been waiting for. They each threw Master Balls at Groudon and Kyogre.
This time, the balls successfully captured them. They returned to their respective trainers' hands.
One second, fifteen seconds, thirty seconds. Five minutes! Ten minutes! As time passed, the Master Balls remained calm. This meant they had successfully captured Groudon and Kyogre! But this was not definitive proof! The true confirmation came when the Blue Orb within Maxie and the Red Orb within Archie flew out of their bodies and soared into the sky. The two orbs collided, merged, shattered, and vanished into nothingness. Only then were the two Primal Pokémon completely subdued!
Seeing them truly captured, whether it was Hokage and the others from Team Magma or Izumi and the others from Team Aqua, they were dumbfounded. Maxie and Archie, meanwhile, had fainted and were carried back to the island by their subordinates. They looked at their respective leaders, their sense of mission now clouded with confusion.
