Chapter 60 Better Turn Back Now!

If she was fine, it would be alright. But if anything happened to her, Ning Beichen wouldn't know how to explain to his master. He likely wouldn't rest until he eradicated all the forces behind it.

Ning Beichen's face was grim, his knuckles even turning white. Fortunately, he had a contingency plan. He had secretly placed a tracker on one of her coat buttons beforehand. Now, he could only hope the other party hadn't discovered it.

Or perhaps Liu Yilin was not so unlucky as to be wearing the coat with the tracker, or had taken it off. If that were the case, Ning Beichen would be helpless.

Fortunately, such a thing had not happened. The tracker in Ning Beichen's hand indicated that the one he had placed on Liu Yilin was moving. Thus, Ning Beichen was now driving to pursue her.

However, this pursuit lasted for over an hour, finally leading him to a pier, where the tracker indicated the target was in the vicinity.

Ning Beichen's gaze swept over the rows of ships at the pier. The target's location was displayed on one of these ships, but he didn't know which one. He could only check them one by one.

These ships belonged to a private seafood company, not individuals. Furthermore, they were guarded, with security personnel patrolling the area.

But this did not pose a challenge for Ning Beichen. Now that he knew Liu Yilin might be on these fishing boats, he had a way to find her.

"Who's there?"

The patrolling security guard only saw a dark figure. Before he could even finish his question, Ning Beichen knocked him unconscious with a single blow.

Then, Ning Beichen moved like a phantom to the edge of the pier. With a leap, he landed on a ship about seven to eight meters away.

The night watchman on the ship remained completely unaware as Ning Beichen inspected the vessel and left.

However, Ning Beichen inspected several boats without finding any trace of Liu Yilin. Finally, he arrived at a large ship carrying gravel. He discovered that over a dozen people were on alert inside the ship, and with the lights off, something was definitely amiss.

Ning Beichen climbed up the side of the ship and reached the stern.

Two men were patrolling and monitoring the surroundings. Ning Beichen leaped up and struck them both on the neck with a hand chop.

The two men collapsed before they could even react. Ning Beichen carefully supported them as he placed them on the ground, ensuring no noise was made.

He then searched them and found two crude handguns. Without any interrogation, it was clear these men were involved.

Ning Beichen let out a cold snort as he looked at the two men on the ground.

They had better pray Liu Yilin wasn't on this ship. Otherwise, Ning Beichen would definitely send them all to feed the fishes today!

Ning Beichen moved through the ship like a phantom, appearing and disappearing as if by magic. In a short while, all the men outside were subdued. Then, Ning Beichen entered the ship's interior.

While it was dark outside, the ship's interior was brightly lit.

Upon reaching this point, Ning Beichen could no longer rely on stealth. He walked in openly.

"Who are you?"

As Ning Beichen moved deeper into the ship, he encountered a man in a leather jacket in the corridor.

Seeing Ning Beichen's attire, the man immediately recognized he wasn't one of the ship's crew.

"I am..."

Ning Beichen had only spoken two words when he swung his arm, his hand chop landing precisely on the man's neck. The strike was swift, accurate, and deadly, without any wasted movement.

As the man fainted, Ning Beichen's words were still unfinished.

However, the commotion alerted those inside. They were immediately on guard, emerging with weapons in hand.

They naturally saw the fallen man and the stranger, Ning Beichen, and immediately pointed their weapons at him.

Ning Beichen remained unfazed. He used the man he had just knocked out as a shield and then flicked his arm.

Several iron nails, each about fifteen centimeters long, flew towards them.

Ning Beichen had found these nails in a toolbox on board and pocketed some, which were now proving useful.

In Ning Beichen's hands, these small iron nails were as potent as bullets. Where they struck, they pierced the metal plating, leaving holes like those from a gunshot.

The fate of those struck by the nails was even more grim. The nails were rusty, and the pain they inflicted was more horrific than that of bullets.

For a moment, screams filled the air as many were impaled by the nails. Those who dodged the projectiles rushed towards Ning Beichen in a frenzy.

Ning Beichen used his human shield to block their attacks as he advanced down the corridor. No one could harm him.

Soon, everyone in the corridor lay on the ground, either struck by the rusty nails or knocked down by Ning Beichen's fists. In the blink of an eye, Ning Beichen had cleared the corridor.

He then proceeded into a spacious cabin within the ship, where he saw Liu Yilin, unconscious and confined in an iron cage.

Inside, a bald man with no eyebrows sat calmly, arms crossed, watching Ning Beichen enter.

"You have impressive skills. May I know which divine being you are? Could you grant Bald Eagle King some face and not interfere in this matter?"

The man clasped his hands towards Ning Beichen, showing him considerable respect.

However, he had no idea how important Liu Yilin was to Ning Beichen. Even if he were the president, it wouldn't matter.

"Who do you think you are? You dare capture the person I protect and then ask for my respect? If you reveal your employer, I might consider giving you a dignified death."

Ning Beichen said to him in a chilling tone.

"Kid, don't speak too boldly, lest you bite your tongue. You're still young, why throw away your life for a woman? Turn back now!"

Bald Eagle King appeared supremely confident, as if he didn't take Ning Beichen seriously at all.

"Turn back now... Unfortunately, you won't even have the chance to turn back! Since you won't speak, you'll never have to speak again."

Ning Beichen, having no patience for further conversation, walked towards him.

Bald Eagle King, however, unhurriedly began to remove his jacket. But Ning Beichen gave him no such opportunity. His fist reached Bald Eagle King's face in an instant, startling the latter, who instinctively dropped the relaxed expression from his face.
