Chapter 63 The Twisted Hip

Ming Zhi Tian glanced at the bald man. "Are you in charge here? Come here."

The bald man, trembling with his strong and developed physique, walked towards Ming Zhi Tian step by step, maintaining a distance of five meters, fearing that if he displeased Ming Zhi Tian, his bald head would be split open.

Speaking in English, the bald man tentatively asked, "Sir, my name is Bai Tou. May I know your name?"

Ming Zhi Tian replied in English as well, "My name is Ming Zhi Tian!"

Bai Tou humbly continued to ask, "Did my subordinates offend you in some way?"

Ming Zhi Tian's lips curved slightly. "I don't like beating around the bush. Tell me, where is Patriarch Brolly?"

Bai Tou frowned, unwilling to speak. "I know you are at the peak of the War God realm, and we cannot defeat you. However, even if I die, you will never know the Patriarch's whereabouts!"

Ming Zhi Tian felt helpless. Was it really that difficult to say someone's name?

"Why?" Ming Zhi Tian asked.

Bai Tou was confused. "What?"

Ming Zhi Tian said, "Why are you unwilling to tell me where Patriarch Brolly is?"

Bai Tou scoffed, "Do you intend to harm the Patriarch? You'll have to crush my corpse first."

Ming Zhi Tian understood. "So that's how it is. You misunderstood. I'm looking for him to ask a few questions, not to seek revenge."

Bai Tou looked at him with suspicion, as if trying to see through a blank piece of paper to what lay behind it.

Bai Tou could not discern anything. "I don't believe you."

Ming Zhi Tian chuckled and gestured with his finger, looking around at them. "You don't need to believe me. You know that if I wanted to kill you, I could do it with a clap of my hands."

Cold sweat trickled down Bai Tou's face, but he still mustered his courage. "The Patriarch has shown me great kindness. Mr. Ming, please, you may leave."

The dismissal was clear. Ming Zhi Tian sighed, "Alright, I've disturbed you." He then got up to leave.

Bai Tou waved his hand, signaling his subordinates to clear a path. Ming Zhi Tian walked away directly.

Stepping onto the street named Twisted Hip Bone, with people coming and going and the sounds of car horns, Ming Zhi Tian felt lost.

He then visited several bars and clubs, encountering the same response. Some were surrounded by dozens of people, others had nearly a hundred. All ended in the same manner.

They all knew of Patriarch Brolly but refused to divulge his whereabouts, even unto death, citing his life-saving kindness.

Ming Zhi Tian successively approached several local gangs, big and small, receiving the same words and the same outcome. None were willing to reveal even a hint.

It seemed Patriarch Brolly commanded great prestige in the Twisted Hip Bone area. Many influential places, whether in the outer slums or the wealthy districts within the city, all knew him, but they steadfastly refused to disclose his location.

This made Ming Zhi Tian even more eager to meet this rumored, highly respected Patriarch. He wondered what kind of person he was, and if he was truly as helpful as the rumors claimed.

Ming Zhi Tian had only injured them, not killed them, as he was merely looking for someone, not seeking trouble.

This was already the hundredth establishment in Twisted Hip Bone. As Ming Zhi Tian was about to enter, a black Bentley suddenly stopped. A white man, dressed in white, holding a Bible, and wearing a silver cross around his neck, stepped out of the car.

Behind the white man were two bodyguards at the Minor Heavenly Cycle stage. He scrutinized Ming Zhi Tian.

The white man walked behind Ming Zhi Tian and called out to him, "Are you the one who has been injuring many of my followers all over the place?"

Ming Zhi Tian turned around. "It was me. And you are..."

The white man became enraged and struck at Ming Zhi Tian with a palm!

Ming Zhi Tian returned a punch. Fist met palm, and with a "boom," both staggered back a step.

Aware of the opponent's strength, the white man handed his Bible to a bodyguard for safekeeping and then unleashed his full power.
