Chapter 61: Chapter 61: Final Boss is OP

Ved POV

The envoy pointed one of it three fingered at them, a white fist sized ball of condensed energy appeared infront of the finger.

Then it exploded into a metre thick energy beam that shot at the golden monkey as fast as lightning.

The monkey spun the golden staff infront of it so fast it created a wall of spinning wind. Then the energy beam hit and pushed the monkey over two kilometres away.

It feet drew deep trenches on the ground, when the beam ended the monkey appeared without a wound on it body but it arms were shaking.

The envoy did not seem surprised by this, it pointed at the monkey again but before it could shoot it beam it was forced to dodge a giant boulder that flew at it like a meteor.

The mammoth honked to the sky and shot more giant boulders, the smallest was over 10 metres in diameter. They moved so fast the air exploded and reached their target almost immediately.

The envoy did not dodge, it waved it hand and created a shockwave so powerful it shattered the boulder cannons into thousands of smaller rocks that shot back at them even faster.

Fortunately without the need to protect anyone he was able to easily avoid them. Then they all attacked at once.

He knew and so did everybody that not a single one of them could defeat this thing on their own.

The one to reach it first was obviously the old man, he slapped out, space bent around his palm but his attack was met by a bone covered fist.

He flew back like a bolt of golden lightning. Giant root grew out of the ground and tried to bind the envoy but a white streak circled around the envoy and the next moment they were all cut into a dozen pieces.

When the streak stopped they all saw a metre wide bone disk spinning around the envoy then the disk shot out like a beam of light straight for the old frog.

It was incredibly fast but Ved was not worried, the old frog was fast enough to dodge something like that and as expected his body seemed to stretch and he appeared a hundred metres away.

Then a bone shield suddenly appeared above the envoy and before Ved could even react a rain of black wings hit the shield creating the sound of clashing steel, he did not even see the attack before it arrived.

It was fast and silent yet the envoy blocked it without even looking up. Then a bone spear shot to the sky and the next thing he heard was a painful screech, feathers and blood fell from the sky, fortunately the crow still lived.

Ved ran to the side, facing this thing directly was foolish, he tried his best to hide his aura. More attacks were thrown at it and each one was blocked or deflected without any effort.

This thing did not even take them seriously. The hippo kept blasting waves after waves at it but each one just passed through it body without causing any demage.

Because of that the envoy did not pay any attention to her. The ones it seemed to pay more attention to were the old frog and the monkey.

Speaking of the monkey, Ved saw it jump hundreds of metres into the air, it golden staff enlarged becoming a hundred metres long pillar as wide as a giant door.

The pillar split the air apart as it descended upon the envoy, it face remained expressionless and it slowly raised it hand to block.

It body was like an ant compared to the pillar but when they collided the pillar was stopped dead on it tracks. The envoy remained floating in the air and did not move an inch.

It clasped it three thick fingers on the pillar and no matter how hard the monkey pulled the pillar did not move, it was forced to cancel it technique allowing it to return to it normal size.

But when that happened it body was pulled towards the envoy. The envoy punched out with it other hand and just as it fist was about to hit the monkey a gigantic wave of water washed over them.

Then they find themselves floating inside a giant floating lake, swimming through it was a hill sized turtle. Tentacles of water grew inside the lake and pulled both the monkey and it staff away from the envoy.

Causing it punch to miss, but it blew away the entire lake turning it into a cloud mist that spread for dozens of kilometres.

Using the mist as cover the giant turtle shot giant balls of water at the envoy but how could the envoy not see through that.

The water balls were met by bone spears that pierced through them like paper and continued shooting towards the turtle.

It huge body was too slow when not underwater and it was not able to dodge but the spears were deflected by it shell only leaving white marks.

Ved sensed a tremendous amount of essence above him and when he looked up all he was was black, a giant ball of pitch black covered the sky blocking the moonlight.

Around it were thousands of crows funneling their energy into this ball of black and at the centre of it he could sense the aura of the crow leader.

Then he saw the old frog’s body flicker and appear right next to the envoy with the monkey, both chose to fight it in close combat.

Each of their attacks shook the air and cracked the ground but the envoy dodged, blocked and deflected them almost casually.

The difference in their strength was huge even though they were in the same rank and it was only a single grade above them. ’ How could the difference of a single grade be so huge?’ he wondered.

While it was held up by the two of them a vine silently grew on the ground below it but it didn’t seem to notice or maybe it ignored it he didn’t know.

He ran behind it, the old frog and the monkey continued attacking from the sides relentlessly but still failed to land a single solid hit.

It did not even fight back as if it was dealing with mere children. Then something cut through the lingering mist, it was silent and fast.

The envoy seemed to detect it as well but before it could react the vine grew rapidly and entangled around it body, just as it about to break the vine he jumped behind it.

Tens of thousands of strings danced around him and binded it body, this at most could only delay it for a split second but it was enough.

Then an invisible attack hit it stomach, it body hunched in pain but before it could react, a palm landed on it face and a staff on it chest.

It body flew like a bolt of lightning and crashed on the ground sending a wave of earth and dust in every direction for hundreds of metres.

When the dust cloud cleared it stood up from a crater hundreds of metres wide, a trickle of black blood leaked from the conor of it mouth then it cold eyes landed on him he felt like he was drenched in cold water.

’ Oh shit.’
